В мире насчитали 220 «Швейцарий»

Восточная мудрость учит: «Если гора не идет к Магомету, то Магомет идет к горе». Со Швейцарией все произошло с точностью наоборот. Эта страна - предел мечтаний миллионов, а может быть и миллиардов туристов, но для многих мечта эта навсегда остается недостижимой. А если кто-то не может позволить себе поехать в Швейцарию, то почему бы не передвинуть швейцарские горы и озера куда-нибудь поближе?

Считается, что «маленькие Швейцарии» начали плодиться по миру еще в XVIII веке, после выхода романа знаменитого женевца Ж.-Ж. Руссо «Новая Элоиза».

Нашим читателям наверняка знакомы подмосковная, казахская или латвийская Швейцарии. А вот в недавно вышедшей книге Якоба Грювайса (Jacob Grünwies, « Les petites Suisses », Editions Mondo) рассказывается о 220 Швейцариях, расположившихся на всех пяти континентах - вплоть до Новой Зеландии.

Возможно, самая большая из «маленьких Швейцарий», которая по площади даже превосходит оригинал - это Коста-Рика, самая богатая и политически стабильная страна в бедной и нестабильной Латинской Америке. Кстати, здесь пасутся настоящие фрибургские черно-белые коровы, а в точной копии знаменитого вращающегося ресторана, знакомого вам по Шилтхорну, подаются настоящие цюрихские рёшти.

Nadia Sikorsky does not present herself as a "Russian voice," but as the voice of a European of Russian origin (more than 35 years in Europe, 25 years spent in Switzerland) with the benefit of more than 30 years of professional experience in the cultural world at the international level. She positions herself as a cultural mediator between Russian and European traditions; the title of the blog, "The Russian Accent," captures this essence – the accent being not a linguistic barrier, not a political position but a distinctive cultural imprint in the European context.
